Time Off
We know how hard you work and recognize the importance of providing you with time for rest and relaxation. Paid vacations are considered an earned wage and will be provided to Full-time eligible employees according to the following schedule.
Employee Referrals
The Company encourages all employees to refer qualified job applicants for available job openings. All employees are eligible to receive employee referral awards other than Executive Management, Human Resources personnel, and Supervision in the department for which the referral was made. When making referrals, instruct the applicant to list your name on their employment application as the referral source. If your referral is hired and completes three (3) months of service and you are still an employee of the Company, you are eligible to receive a monetary award. The reward is currently a gross amount of five hundred ($500) dollars.
